We rented the villa we stayed at earlier this year through Bella Vida Vacation Homes whose office is located on the Bella Vida gated Community. There were 7 of us in a 6 bed villa with pool and jacuzzi. We paid extra to have the pool and jacuzzi heated. We arrived late Saturday evening after a long journey and discovered that the wifi didn't work nor did any of the tvs. We contacted the manager, Adriana Betancourt, and she replied that she was waiting to hear back from a tech to see if he could stop by.
