I had one visit with Katie and she did an ok job of cutting and highlighting my hair. I scheduled 10 weeks in advance for my next appointment and less than an hour before the appointment she canceled stating that another client was taking longer than expected. She did not offer a solution and she did not call the next day. This snafu put me in a huge bind as it is impossible to find a stylist last minute and I have an event in the coming week for which I need to presentable and professional.
