Extremely predatory HOA. They hand out excessive fines while failing to communicate with homeowners. I emailed multiple times and called, with no response or guidance, yet they still moved forward with penalties. Instead of resolving issues or working with residents, they rely on fees and fines as a revenue stream. Poor communication, zero accountability, and very frustrating to deal with.
BEWARE!! Terrible HOA. Excessive fines and constant fees with little to no justification. They are quick to penalize residents but slow or completely unresponsive when actual issues need attention. Communication is poor, policies feel predatory, and it’s clear this HOA cares more about collecting money than maintaining the community. Avoid if possible.
I have lived here in Bella Vida for For many years , but for the last 2 years it’s been horrible . The HOA /board directors here are the worst . They will violate you for pretty much anything. Unfortunately, I would move out if I could, but I wanted warn others so you don’t have to go through what I have been going through on a daily. I hope you think twice about moving in here .
