I, Michael was the resident. First of all…I felt safe and that all my medical needs were being taken care of. Having the different therapies, I was encouraged to not only meet my goals but to exceed them……and I had fun. The nurses took great care of me and came quickly when I called them for help. I enjoyed the food once I was off the puréed food….great verity. Lots of activities, bingo, card playing, library, Saint Patrick’s Day Party, and even a Dance Party. Met a lot of new friends.

Yvonne at reception is unprofessional. I asked for the administrators information and she told me NO. She was incredibly rude.

NEGATIVE STARS! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My Dad was in there care for less than 24 hours and we had to argue for a medical transfer to the hospital. He was transferred the night before from the hospital around 7:30pm. The next day at 6pm when we arrived he was severely dehydrated and delusional. After approximately 1 hour of demanding medical transfer they agreed and arranged. Had he not been transferred he wouldn't have made the night (that's from the ER doctor at the hospital). I would have given 4 stars but this facility has gone downhill quickly since losing Jamie and another good social worker. Short staffed and the CNA’S are unmotivated and seemingly disinterested. I realize the job can be tedious and unrewarding but some of the staff are continually snarky and even mean to the patients.There are a few very nice staff members. I appreciate them. I don’t know if it’s budget cut issue, but it is truly a shame to see the downhill slide.
