Bella Terra Lombard was a very safe place where my mother could receive her rehabilitation. All of the staff members there were very professional and kind to my mother and I. They made us felt seen and hear, staff solved situation effortlessly and showed kindness to my mom. Thank you Bella Terra staff.

We stumbled on Bella Terra Lombard when my brother needed rehab after his hospitalization for complications from a stroke. The rehab team and facilities are amazing! The CNA’s and nurses are amazing! The nurse practitioners and doctors are caring & present. They really care. The most amazing thing was how little turnover there was in staff at Bella Terra over a period of over a year since his first rehab visit. My grandmother has been a resident at this facility for over five years, and until recently, we have been generally satisfied with her care. Unfortunately, the quality of care has noticeably declined over the past several weeks. After a recent fall, she is no longer able to transfer herself from her bed to her wheelchair and now depends entirely on staff for assistance. It’s a clean and well kept facility. Some of the folks work harder than others taking care of your love one. Meaning some do the minimum and some provide the extra attention when needed. So I rate them a C+. My opinion.
