Dr Cathy was simply rude, abhorrent, and overall a disappointment in the way she was treating the workplace. I will never book an appointment with her ever again after she explicitly caused me distress and embarrassment at her clinic. The way she treated my mother, an American of 50 years, is disgraceful. I have never given a review in my life but felt the need to protect other mothers and family members alike from this lady.

Didn't give me a receipt when I paid cash. Said they couldn't. Very shady. Also, when making an appointment, they took walk ins before appointments scheduled, which made wait times longer. Unprofessional in many ways.

Bella Terra Vision was an absolute disappointment, and I will never go back. The lady at the front desk called me 2-3 times before our appointment to verify insurance information. She claimed they didn’t take my vision insurance but assured me my health insurance was accepted with a $50 copay. Fine. When we arrived, I asked to pay upfront, but she told me to wait until the end. When I asked why and if anything had changed, she rudely insisted nothing had and that I wouldn’t be paying more. I was extremely disappointed with my visit. They told me to wait ‘just a few minutes,’ but I ended up waiting for hours with no clear explanation. Doctor is not present there when patient comes the reception calls her to come from another area. It’s unacceptable to waste patients’ time like this. I won’t be returning.”
