Incredibly disappointing. Dr. Cathy is short, rude, does not explain what’s going on with your ocular health, but most of all she’s a liar. This office had struggled to verify my insurance, despite my personal ability to verify both with my medical and with my vision that I have coverage. Two days before my appointment, the doctor herself called me to say that I was covered, and that the cost was $15 for glasses plus the cost of contact lenses. What does that make you think? Dr Cathy was simply rude, abhorrent, and overall a disappointment in the way she was treating the workplace. I will never book an appointment with her ever again after she explicitly caused me distress and embarrassment at her clinic. The way she treated my mother, an American of 50 years, is disgraceful. I have never given a review in my life but felt the need to protect other mothers and family members alike from this lady.
