HORRIBLE KITCHEN NIGHTMARE!!!!!! They are holding us hostage! We ordered granite countertops and an under mount 40/60 sink. I was shocked at the time of install when they unboxed the wrong sink (opposite configuration from our order) which the granite had already been cut for. They had never showed/confirmed the sink with us after it arrived. They tried to convince us to accept the incorrect sink configuration which does not work for our kitchen. We declined. Oscar doing really well during the layout approval. He explained about how he needed to match the seams and moved all of the templates around until happy while still maximizing the stone. He was very nice and patient. I am so happy it went well. Thank you
