Clara was passive and pushed my wife (the bride) to reach out to florist and baker whenever any changes were necessary or new ideas were birthed instead of being the communicator or facilitator for these conversations. Unfortunately, our experience with this wedding planning company was extremely disappointing. They failed to deliver on multiple services outlined in our contract, and their overall professionalism fell far below expectations. Communication was a major issue throughout the process.
