The dentist and hygienist are doing a decent job; however, the front desk is quite difficult to reach, and multiple messages and calls go unanswered. The scheduling process is also hectic; they make you feel you have to ask for a favour to have an appointment that matches your schedule. Thus, when they make a scheduling error, they charge you for no show, even if no confirmation or reminder has been sent, as the regular procedure normally does. I would refrain from enrolling here.

I had an experience, at Bella Smiles office – they really know how to make you feel at home from the moment you step in the door which isn't always the case at a dentists office! Kasey did a job, with my cleanings; she's not only thorough but super friendly and made everything so effortless. Dr.Han is amazing well! It's clear that he truly values his patients and aims to ensure you receive the care.He goes the mile to clarify things. Makes you feel comfortable. I haven't been there in years, but this place is the standard by which I measure dentists. I was having a wisdom tooth out, and he was like a magician. He said, "It's going to feel like pressure on your jaw, like this," and he pressed firmly on my cheek. I thought, well, that won't be too bad, then. And then he opened his other hand and showed me my tooth, the sly fellow.
