I had an appointment for a massage at 9:00 AM this morning. I arrived at the salon a couple of minutes before 9 and went to the door. The door was locked. The lights were off. No person was in the large front room. I waited 10 minutes and called the store on my cell while standing at the door. No one answered, but I got voice mail which stated that they opened at 10. I purchased a Groupon for a facial and a massage and I have been trying to book an appointment for WEEKS - either the line is busy or it just rings and rings. (invest in more lines and voicemail!) Finally a live person answered today only to be told that they are taking appointments for the facial in October and that I will have to pay extra because the promotion will have ended. What?? Not a chance. I'm contacting Groupon to get my money returned. After reading the reviews, I believe that customer service is not their forte... read more
