We had a great quince dress experience here at Bella Sera. My daughter had a vision of what kind of dress she wanted and the owner went above and beyond to make it happen.She listen and made my baby feel so special. Highly recommended we even got are dress before the said date!!!!!! Small shop but she listens to her customers and gives that one on one time.

Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful!! My daughter and I went quince shopping for her big upcoming day. I had to wait until someone got there to help us. Then once we got there, we were being helped by a very young girl she looked to be a high school student, possibly a junior or senior. She ended up being VERY unprofessional with us.
