My experience at Bella Sera Bridal in Danvers, Massachusetts was wonderful. The store had so many beautiful selections, and I immediately gravitated toward the Paloma styles after trying on a wide range of dresses with Truc. Truc was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. She made great use of our appointment time so I could try on plenty of dresses and feel confident that I had explored all my options. Had the absolute best experience here! I came over a year before my wedding just to browse and get an idea, but I left purchasing my dream dress! Our stylist, Holly, was incredibly knowledgeable and ended up finding me my dress! It was something I wouldn’t have reached for myself, but trusted her expertise and fell in love with it. I had such an amazing experience with everyone here. I have recommended Bella Sera to every soon to be bride looking for their dress and will continue to do so! I am rating one star because my grandmother went to this store around 4pm today to find a nice dress for a family event we are having. She’s bought dresses from here before but this time her experience was horrible. She saw a blue dress she really liked on a mannequin, she asked about this specific dress, and the first thing the lady who was working there today said was, “this dress is $1,600” THEN suggests she goes to Macy’s.
