I had a facial with Tyra! I cannot recommend her more enthusiastically. She was OUTSTANDING! Perhaps one of the best, if not THE BEST, facials I ever had. Also, Bella Sante's staff are so friendly and professional. First class operation!!
I have been a loyal client of Bella Santé for more than 20 years, which made today’s experience especially disappointing. I booked a massage and received a text confirming the appointment. When I arrived, however, I was told that my appointment had been canceled because the spa had tried to reach me several times by phone about a scheduling issue. I booked an eyebrow wax and tint. I was there at 9 am for a massage and gift card and told there was a 2:45 opening. When I arrived, they told me they just realized they didn’t have enough time. I just saw another reviewer share the same experience. I also booked a gentle massage and when I got there, there was a hong/ bells and some other nonsense.
