As a customer of this spa for nearly 20 years across its' 3 locations, it is disappointing to be writing this review. I recently booked and paid for an 80-minute facial scheduled from 12:30 PM to 1:50 PM. However, I was back in the lobby, dressed and ready to check out by 1:42 PM. At the end of the treatment, I immediately checked my watch and it was 1:37 PM. Based on the timing, the service itself lasted roughly 67 minutes rather than the 80 minutes I scheduled / purchased.
