First spot I tried when I moved to Verona 3 years ago and love this place. The owner Kim always remembers my name. Love this place!
I will never step foot back in this place for my lashes. I’m all about customer service and this places lacks especially the owner. First of all, they beg for tips and if u say u aren’t leaving a tip today they get upset and walk away. My lashes is already $100 plus STOP BEGGING FOR TIPS!! My last encounter here I was asked if I was leaving a tip, I said not today, Yung the lash tech proceed to say, oh u didn’t leave a tip last time either.
