I decided to get my hair done here because I get my nails done here, and the stylist was recommended to me. The stylist assured me that my hair would turn out exactly as the inspo photo. The stylist applied lightener and black dye at the same time and rinsed them together, which caused the black to grab onto the blonde and turned my hair blue.
