An hour before my scheduled wax, the lady canceled because the warmer had "broke". She was not polite and did not offer to reschedule until Monday. She clearly did not want my business as she said "I don't mind if you go somewhere else". Really helpful since I leave for vacation on a Sunday and my wax was scheduled for 2 pm Saturday. This was my first and only experience with Bella Salon and it was not a good one. Will not use again
I have been going to this salon since last September. Jessica has been doing my hair every 6 weeks and I keep going back for several reasons. She does great hair, she's nice and she makes you feel comfortable. Bella Salon has a fantastic atmosphere and wonderful stylists.
There are alot of really great salons in the area, this however is not one of them. Not sure how the owner stays open- just not a nice person... you can just tell. Would not go back to Jessica!
