Today i was desparate for a cut and color and Wendy was my savior. Life has been busy for me and my regular stylist so haven't been able to get an appointment with her. I reluctantly made an appointment with a franchise salon, they canceled me first thing this morning. Wendy accepted my request for a balyage and cut. May sound like any old appointment but my hair was down to my waist and it had been a year since I got my hair done. Do not buy hair from this place it tangles and falls out . Its the owners brand . Just wanted a sale . Very disappointed. Its about business but really ??? To keep a customer happy be honest with what and where the hair is coming from . I give it no stars . Stay away from buying hair thru this place .
