Horrible customer service . Take your business elsewhere. Word on the street is I’m not the only one who has dealt with the rudeness of this business
Very UNPROFESSIONAL! I placed an order online and realized minutes later that my order had been cancelled. When I called to inquire, a woman bluntly told me “WE DON’T HAVE THE PRODUCT I AM OUT OF TOWN!” She could’ve given me a courtesy call to let me know or better yet, show it as unavailable on the website!
Super friendly owners...great spirited personalities...especially the big CAT...SUPER BIG no mouse stands a chance...
