I am so deeply sorry all this happened, I planned a lunch for her but I was told she had made lunch plans with you. When she came out of her service I asked if she had plans with you for lunch and she said yes. That is when she left. ( and we love for people to sit as long as they want in our spa! ) It obviously was miscommunication all the way around. From this point I can only pray that she still has a wonderful birthday. Again I am deeply sorry, we never want anyone to be disappointed !
Our experience at Bella Rose was incredible! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. My friend and I truly enjoyed the comfortable, clean, relaxing atmosphere. We will be back for sure!
