I went there looking for dresses and was met by a salesclerk who seemed uninterested in her job and not that wiling to help. No one told us that the dresses were off the rack and the sizes were as is. I assumed they had other sizes of the dresses in the back and the ones in the front were sample/try on dresses. If the one size they have of the dress you like doesn't fit you you are out of luck. DO NOT USE KATHY to alter your dress, i warn you! My daughter bought a dress here for a wedding she is in (Maid of Honor) She did not have a terrible experience with shop in particular or the staff, they were very nice. However we were very disappointed when she went and picked up her dress, how big it was on her. My daughter did not know any better, she is 20 yrs old and mom always went with her dress shopping. They ordered her 2 sizes larger than she is and that is never necessary in my experience. I understand the concept... read more
