I was looking for a clean and nice piercing place for my four month old daughter. The shop was absolutely beautiful and a calming environment. I am so pleased with the piercers. They were extremely kind and patient with my baby. Just when I thought my baby could not look more breath taking, they made her look fabulous!!
I took my 14-year-old to get their first ear piercing, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my teen felt comfortable and at ease. Piercing went well, my daughter did well so no complaints there. Only thing was we didn’t feel welcomed, first… when we got there the girl didn’t even make eye contact just said “what’s the name?” Then we realized when taking my daughter out of her car seat (after a 25 min drive) she had a blowout so when I asked to change her and where the bathroom was she goes “right now??” Almost as if it was inconvenient which I understand, they are on a schedule but we were 10 min early and it would only take me 5 min. We had the best experience getting my little one’s ears pierced! Ashlyn was so gentle, patient, fast, and made the whole process feel safe and fun. She explained everything in a way that made my child feel totally at ease. Kailey at the front desk was so warm and welcoming—she answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The shop was super clean and kid-friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that truly cares and makes it special!
I have looked high and low for a professional piercer to do my 3 month old daughters ear lobes. We live in AZ and since we are in town I figured TX is a great place to look as well.
