Very disappointed ! My hair was burnt by Clydia and I called her on two occasions telling her how bad it was and she offered to do NOTHING and in fact she said , “Well it looked good when you left “. I had my hair done in November of 2024 and I am still trying to get my hair back into shape . My hair has since been done by a professional who says Clydia went over my hair with bleach where it had already been bleached (overlapped) and that was what burnt my hair and caused my hair to break off . I had an appointment at 11:00am. My receipt stated I paid at 11:08! Needless to say I didn't get a haircut or my money's worth. I kept the receipt for good measure to remind myself how I really should have said something that day.

Bella Rae Salon is fantastic. They stay updated on hairstyles, nails, etc. My husband and I have been going to Clydia Bolick since early 90’s. When they had to move from first shop to Hwy 18 (weren’t allowed to take clients info) we found them. Now that they have a permanent salon/building, they can make the decisions on what, who, products, and services, Bella Rae is a great place. Caldwell County is fortunate to have them.
