I was a customer for over 2 years and stopped coming for the following reasons. - Posted hours of operation mean nothing. Typically closes earlier (over a hour) than posted hours of operation for my walk-in visits. - Booked appointments don't mean anything. For my booked appointments, I've had at least 2 encounters where Bella closed up her shop over a hour prior to posted closing time without a call back to inform me of my cancelled appointment. - She has her own judgement of what looks good/best on you, not what you want/e... read more
