Wish I could give negative stars! Absolute nightmare. We risked our lives living in one of their dangerous fire traps of a building. After surviving an actual fire we were treated very badly. The whole city knows it. Maybe they’ve learned their lesson, let’s hope. All I can think of the few positive reviews here is that they were written by relatives or friends of theirs. STAY AWAY FROM BELLA PROPERTIES.
Maintenance and emergency repair lines are completely unresponsive, and management never replies to emails or calls. Our building has had two major plumbing failures, and they still ignore tenants. When you finally reach someone, they threaten you about your security deposit instead of fixing their own failing property.
I have had good experience at all levels if interaction with this company. Every person Ive dealt with has gone above and beyond to be kind and helpful. Recommended!!
