I am completely dissatisfied with Bella. I was told I needed to pay for the perfume I wanted in advance due to having to special order it. I was told a week later that he had the perfume and would bring it to my job. Another week went by and via text and phone conversation, I was told another day. Now 3 weeks later, several texts and phone calls and no reply at all. Do not do business with this company! Took my money and have received nothing.
Excellent customer service. Petit assisted me with selecting the perfect fragrance. It was from Dubai and I get compliments every time I wear it .
