Very difficult to communicate with and book appointments. You can only reach her by phone - there's no online booking system. Changing appointments is extremely challenging. The treatments themselves weren't explained properly to me, especially regarding pain levels, which left me unprepared for what to expect. I'd recommend finding another clinic.
Paid several thousand dollars to this clinic to end up with permanent darkening of my scar. I was told to “wait it out” but my scarring ended up darkening instead of improving. It has been over 1-2 years and has stayed darkened from the lasering. I took a loan out to pay for something I thought would work and was reassured by Crystal the scarring with improve with time.
