My 2 bedroom apartment is AMAZING!!!!!! Everything is just as it appears online!!!!! The driveways are a complete disaster due to the pot holes; it does not take away from how beautiful the apartments are. This is my dream apartment and the staff is awesome!!!!!! If anyone says they are rude; its probably because they haven't paid their rent or they are getting evicted!!!!! The office staff is so nice and extremely helpful!!!! Their service has been 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sooooooo I just got keys to my first apartment!!! My very own 1 bedroom. My apartment looks just like the photos. When I first came to tour; they showed me the exact apartment that I would be getting. Yes, there are potholes in the driveways. Yes, there is a $200 late fee on the 3rd. But if I pay my rent on time I don't get the late fee. I love my neighbors!!! I love the pool!!! The office staff is awesome and they are very attentive. The complex doesn't deserve one star but I had to give a rating. I've been here a year and I have hated every moment of living in this apartment. I've seen every insect imaginable in my home and Friday a large furry visitor was in my bathroom waiting for me. Called maitenance and he told me if it's not a flood or a fire they're not coming. Wow. I'm terrified of those things. I couldn't go back into my home for about 2 days but went back in b/c I have no where else to go. they do not fix or clean apts. very neglectful, sewer waste in ditch, broken appliances, management that does not care or help.
