Horrible experience with bridesmaids dresses for my best friends wedding. They need to get better communication with customers. Our dresses were falling apart the day of the wedding.
Never responds to emails
Elizabeth was so professional and attentive yet down to earth as well. She made my daughter feel like she was the only bride in the world that mattered. The store is elegant and relaxing so my daughter felt right at home. Everyone at the store was just terrific and I would highly recommend this shop and their staff. The perfect dress was found and it was closing time so the bride left (no one hurried her at all, she just had an hour and half drive home). A few months back I needed a dress altered for a black tie event. My favorite dress needed some major altering. Letting a dress OUT isn't always easy! They did a lovely job. I felt beautiful in my favorite dress. Thank you ladies.
