This was a real bummer, man. I booked an appointment for 10am. When I got there at 9:50, the shop was closed. I waited till 10:10 on the stoop in 37 degree weather and finally called. The lady was like, "I'll be there in 15 minutes." I considered canceling right then cause it's insane to be 25 minutes late while someone stands out in weather just above freezing, but I'm going on vacation, so I stuck it out.
