We drive by many pizza places to get Bella's. Worth the drive
I have to edit my review. We got 2 part size pizzas today. A Margherita and a chicken parm and they are so salty. I have no idea what happened, because we usually love the pizza here, but both the sauce and the chicken are beyond salty. The Margherita pizza also has barely and cheese on it. If this was my first time going there, I would never go back. But we are hoping its just a one time thing and someone accidently put too much salt on everything.
I had a very frustrating experience with Napoli Pizza in West Springfield. I called the restaurant several times, and every time I was sent to the voicemail, which asked me to leave a message and said someone would call me back. I left a message, but no one ever returned my call. I called one last time, and an employee finally answered. She asked me to hold, then hung up on me.
