Been here 4 times. Had great experiences with Diana and Gaby. My latest experience with Cristina was not great and discouraging to return. For some reason you can’t book an appointment and choose your technician online. Therefore, as a walk-in, the manager randomly assigns you to someone that perhaps did not volunteer and just feels obligated to do your nails. New to Durham and I finally found my new nail spot (after a couple of not so great experiences at other salons). Gabby was awesome.. she took her time with designs and the shape of my nails is perfect. Very reasonably priced as well! Thanks Gabby! :)
This place was my girlfriend’s favorite spot until as of recently. In our recent encounter my girlfriend had an aching cracked nail, so we came in for a fill in for just her index finger. She liked the nails the previous nail tech did so she wanted to keep the design she had. They asked her if she remembered the color the previous nail tech used, but she wasn’t sure. My usual nail place was not taking walk-ins so I decided to try a new place . I got a jelly Pedi they were very welcoming and friendly they even offered us drinks upon coming in . I believe the name of the lady that did mine was Giselle . She was very gentle and sweet . I think I found my new go to place. Sorry Paris nails 😬💗
So I only write reviews when when experiences are either really really good or really really bad. Reviews are what help me decide on a service or product so I don’t like to review just to review. I live in Maryland and was in NC for a wedding and just happened to stumble across this salon. I saw that the reviews were very good and it was 3 minutes from the hotel.
