I have been there numerous time; and at each time, I was greeted with a smile. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes. But they always updated me if there is a delay. The service was great. They took their time. The receptionist Anna was very attentive to customer needs. Everyone should give Bella's a try.
No waiting on on a sunny Saturday afternoon? Yes please! Lots of color selections for our mother-daughter pedicure afternoon. Friendly faces and relaxing atmosphere. We will be back.
Terrible experience, bad service, long wait, not friendly environment, won't recommend to anyone, French nails was horrible, the guy didn't speak English at all, I couldn't communicate, never going back
I upgraded to the ultra delux pedicure and the entire process from start to end was less than 30 minutes. My person's name was Jennifer.
When you go to Bella see Nikki, she's amazing, tell her Gail sent you!!!! She transferred from the Belle Meade location which was only 10 minutes from me. But she's so good that it's worth the extra drive time to get it done. The owners are so nice and professional, they check on you to make sure your happy with the service, if your not they will make it right!
I love Bella Nails. My mom and I get our nails done every 2 weeks by Nicki. She is very professional and is great with our nails. We get compliments each week about how great our nails look. We LOVE Bella..
I got a French and it was awful. You could see my actual tip of my nail and there were white streaks down my nail. Worst manicure I have ever gotten.
