They were abit rough with filing the nail down as it had cut/grazed my skin, pulling on my arm further than I have already was when I couldn’t move any further in. I think it’s rude to talk to the other staff members in their own language while there’s customers as possibility they are talking about you to each other.

Less than one star - majorly to do with appalling attitude, behaviour and customer service of a worker. This was my first time going to this nail salon and also my first time getting a full set of chrome nails done (please keep in mind, I am not at all familiar with the chroming process). As time passed I noticed she would make comments and laugh in a way that seemed rude/judgy, she would also rudely swot my hands each time she had finished working on them. The lady who did my nails was amazing and gentle. She actually removed my old polish by soaking, not by damaging my nails by drilling.
