My husband and I have been here several times since new ownership this year. We couldn't be happier with the service we receive. Yes, they are a slightly more expensive than other salons but the service is far superior. We are always treated with respect and listened to. From the moment we walk in the door we are offered a beverage, including wine and margaritas. Yes, I wish that some of the technicians spoke better english, but they always try. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BELLA NAILS TO ANYONE. I HAVE VISITED SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST FOR PEDICURES UNDER FORMER MANAGEMENT AND WAS PLEASED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SLIGHTLY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN LOCAL SALONS. OVER TIME IT WAS OBVIOUS IT CHANGED STAFF AS WELL AS OWNERS OFTEN . AFTER TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO THE TECH WHO BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH HOW I WISHED MY NAILS TO LOOK HE TOTTALLY DISREGAURDED ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
