The nail techs at Bella are the best! I had a horrible experience at another salon in San Carlos and Annie, one of the techs at Bella, helped fix up my nails and they look so good! Thanks guys
French manicure looked like white out, covered half my nails, gaps in polish. Overall really poor quality manicure. I got them redone at a different place.
I had asked for ombre French tip gel manicure at the start of service. I even showed her pictures before we began. There was a definite language barrier. I'm not sure if it's not done here at all or if my technician, Tammy, didn't know how, but she proceeded to start and it wasn't until she showed me the straight French line tip I reminded her I requested ombre. She had her coworker come over and explain that this was not done for gel, only for powder manicures. So we finished with just a regular French tip gel manicure. Tam... read more
