very professional great service been going there every month since Jan.2015 great pedicure was there 02/24/16 i'll be back in March for sure.
One of the best salons in the area. Great service and great staff. They always put the customer first. Would Highly Recommend!!!! Also Yellowpages need to update the hours. they are open the following hours Mon-fri: 9:30a.m.-7:30 p.m. Saturday: 9:30a.m.-5:30p.m. Sunday: 11:00a.m.-5:30 p.m. Also I wasn't able to find this address on my gps. The Exact address is 7431 West Ridgewood Drive, Parma, OH 44129.
Overall, I had a really negative experience here. The salon itself was not very clean - ie. acrylic power everywhere, drips of the acrylic. I went in for a gel nail removal and a manicure and the technician did not speak to me, only to the other technicians. And in the manicure process, I was bleeding. I was also asked to pay before the manicure was done, and my polish is unevenly spread out. Overall, this is a very UNPROFESSIONAL business and I will never go back.
don't go to this place they do a poor job at nails and over charge for what they do go to Nail Boutique it is a lot better don't waste your money like they did to me!
Stayed beyond closing time to repair a bad job from another nail salon. Making the customer happy is their business.
