Unprofessional. I was passing through the city and needed a lip wax. When I was led to a room, I was told to lie down. I asked if I had to lie on the bed and she quickly said, how else am I going to do it? I explained I’ve always just sat in a chair. She seemed offended by that. Perhaps I should have given my history of back issues of not being able to lay on hard surfaces and going to physical therapy for my back. No offering of the mirror to see my results. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

I have never been treated as Rudely as I have at this nail salon!!! I received a gel Polish on July 5th, while I was out of the country, 2 nails fell off on July 11th..not even a week..after much discussion, they said they would fix them. The very next day, 1 nail fell off. I went in to tell them what happened and asked to paint only that nail. Normally I love going here because Crystal does my pedicures and she's absolutely amazing. But today i went in for a full set and the service I experienced was so rude and truly unacceptable. Her name was Ashely, and yes I am putting her name because her behavior was very aggressive and mean. Left here with a pedicure that looked like my 8 year old painted my nails 🤦‍♀️should have checked the reviews before I came. The technician didn't care, he kept trying to upsell me the entire time. I also didn't get a massage even though it was listed under the description. So frustrating, please don't give this crappy place your money.

They paint my toenails with gel polish expertly. Some nail places charge a surcharge for men, but this one does not. They also furnish a complimentary drink, from water to wine.
