If I could give zero stars I would. After maybe 3 days of getting a full acrylic set my nails starting lifting and popping right off. I was out of town when this happened so I called and the lady at the store told me to come back in once I was back in town and she would fix for free. I am now back in town and called (it hasnt even been two weeks yet) and they were so rude on the phone. They said I would have to pay $45+ for a fix. Came in to get a pedicure and was offered a manicure which I declined because I bite my nails, the tech offered to “clean up” my cuticles instead and still charged me $25 for a manicure. I don’t even have polish on my nails. So I was charged for something I declined to begin with and fooled into a “clean up” service that doesn’t exist. Such a waste of my money. I won’t be coming back.

Unprofessional. I was passing through the city and needed a lip wax. When I was led to a room, I was told to lie down. I asked if I had to lie on the bed and she quickly said, how else am I going to do it? I explained I’ve always just sat in a chair. She seemed offended by that. Perhaps I should have given my history of back issues of not being able to lay on hard surfaces and going to physical therapy for my back. No offering of the mirror to see my results. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

I have never been treated as Rudely as I have at this nail salon!!! I received a gel Polish on July 5th, while I was out of the country, 2 nails fell off on July 11th..not even a week..after much discussion, they said they would fix them. The very next day, 1 nail fell off. I went in to tell them what happened and asked to paint only that nail.
