Horrible it’s been 2 years and my hair is still recovering. I asked ebony not to cut my hair or layer it and she did both. I would never recommend anyone there

I support business very well but it’s amazing I go in to get my hair wash do to back surgery & other injuries and I love the way they wash my hair because I’m natural. I call just morning and get told they not accepting me without no explanation or anything. I go in with a smile on my face, not rude, outgoing, treat people how I want to be treated. My daughter made an appointment for November 12, 2022, at least two weeks in advance with April for a silk press. When my daughter arrived for her appointment, she was told April was in Gainesville. No one bothered to tell her this beforehand, and I find that to be unprofessional. Unfortunately, my daughter allowed another stylist to do her silk press on her natural hair, and it was puffy before she made it home.
