I called 30 minutes before hand, I get there and they say it'll be a couple minutes, turns out they lost the ticket and have to re do the order and I have to wait another 20 minutes, this place is a joke and I will never come back, its not that hard to make 2 sandwiches, don't waste ur time coming here
This was a takeout order. Great service, it was ready when we picked it up. The atmosphere isn't bad, but the food is awful. I ordered a NY sub. They DO NOT know how to slice prosciutto. It was like a slab of ham. It was extremely tough and dry. You know how you take a bite, and the entire piece of prosciutto comes out? ..and youre chewing it for like, 10 mins? Disclaimer: I never leave reviews unless everything is amazing or the opposite. So I have ordered from Bella Mia approximately a dozen times, it has been completely hit or miss, and about every 3 orders there is an issue, anything from not receiving the correct food, rude customer service, the driver forgetting a specific item, to extremely late deliveries. Great pizza! Monday special is the best.
I never had a problem before until tonight... I ordered a deep dish pizza with lots of toppings and when they delivered it, it was COLD... I called hoping they would send a hot one, but they just told me to heat it up in my oven... Mind you, we've been waiting over an hour to eat and are starving, but now we have to heat it ourselves... WHAT A RIP OFF!!! They just lost a customer
