Was a grate company in beginning but does not have good management. Even if you asked for hours it takes months until you get hours, often time your supervisors don’t even get back to you either. It can take weeks to get any response from anyone! Please do better and hire management that will actually focus on finding hours for employees rather than them waiting for month…it’s hard to stay with a company when you been there for 2 years and are still at 10hours yet you’ve requested for more!
Belle Mente employs workers that violate privacy laws and my experience was that after confiding in one of their workers about my granddaughter who has been abused for 16 years, that worker told me my granddaughter needed to pull up her “big girl “ panties! On the ride home she said “you know I said that for your own good! Wow! I should have fired her immediately but I was in a bad position at the time, and when I brought the incident up with that same worker at a later date, she smirked about it.
