I have worked for Bella Mente for 6 years. I have never received my pay check late. I have seen Meghann, owner of Bella Mente show true compassion for the staff and clients. I have seen her try to help in every way possible. It is a professional business that truly cares for people. I would recommend Bella Mente to care for my loved ones. The staff are highly trained and take great pride in assisting their clients.

This so called health care company should not be in business. I first had a PCA that was committing fraud, made me feel threatened, was getting paid for not working. This was all reported to the company by my mandated reporters. Im a vulnerable adult along with being physically disabled. My social called PCA stole from me, brought her young daughter and brought a super sized dog kennel for her dog, which i have a kitten and was worried. I’m a patient and my daughter takes care of me when I first started a employee told me they pay when they want sure enough several times like 4 checks at a time when u ask question Kim always is rude and makes things ur fault my daughter hasn’t been pain since oct 13and it’s been past she had to get another job they rude and now I’ve decided to go somewhere else the stress and my daughter not being paid and most staff Nicole quit the only good thing they don’t call cause they try not to pay u anyway

Was a grate company in beginning but does not have good management. Even if you asked for hours it takes months until you get hours, often time your supervisors don’t even get back to you either. It can take weeks to get any response from anyone! Please do better and hire management that will actually focus on finding hours for employees rather than them waiting for month…it’s hard to stay with a company when you been there for 2 years and are still at 10hours yet you’ve requested for more!
