Working Overtime during the holidays and I decided to come here to destress. I let her know this was my 2nd Massage. I came here after she opened and her muscles were not very strong, I feel bad for anyone later in the day. Anyone with a little extra fat or muscle you might as well walk right back out that door.. I was charged an extra $10 that was not listed on the website. No music, Ice cold when the door is opened due to no wind protection and being directly off Ogden Avenue. The service could be much much better. Need to focus more on areas requested.
Great spa. Was told to return as they're adding a hot sauna soon. Two complaints: first, my massage therapist was rather chatty. Also, when other customers would enter, she left to check who was coming in. Secondly, they're pretty insistent on how much you should/can tip.
