I had an absolutely awful experience staying at Bella Mare Coolangatta. The couch in the apartment had been urinated on, and the entire place reeked of an unbearable stench. It was clear that no proper cleaning had been done before my stay. To make matters worse, I tried calling and emailing management multiple times, and they completely ignored me—no response, no accountability. This level of negligence is absolutely unacceptable. Had family staying here. My in-laws were very disappointed! Oven wasn’t cleaned properly, still had tin foil and food in it. Place was Dusty, shower pressure sucked. Room wasn’t worth what they had paid, very old.
I caught scabies after staying here for a week and only had 1 toilet paper for each toilet Edit: I work in a remote site, I flew from my work on our company plane, went straight to the hotel and had no contact with anyone else other then my father who’s disabled. After 1day I started to get itchiness, now I have to take time off to get this treated. On Arrival there was only 1 Toilet paper in both bathrooms?
