We had a great time the location is awesome very clean and tidy, friendly staff and very fair prices. Would definitely stay again.
Went to check in at 2pm at check in time. The lady at the front desk was one of the rudest people I've come across and told me my room wouldnt be ready for an hour and did not apologise once. The rooms wifi barely worked, the room had a horrible smell to it. Also when we booked they did not warn us that there was a massive block of apartments right next door getting demolished and it was unbearably loud. Huge waste of money, wrecked our holiday that we were looking forward too
"Please be advised that there is currently external construction taking place in the Rainbow Bay area. You may experience some noise during the day as a result. We appreciate your understanding and patience while these works are being completed, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. A1 Location and service, highly recommend! Left a note on our booking seeking a nice view if possible and was offered the choice of two options at check in. Very friendly and accomodating service. Brilliant location.
