Roaches. Lots & lots of roaches. They act as if it’s the first time they’re hearing about them. They paint right over the roaches!!! The front office staff is rude. This place is NOT worth the rent. Pay more & move somewhere that’s actually livable. Don’t be fooled by the picture. This is a disgrace.

People at reception are really nice and work with you a ton, but wow this place was bad. It shouldn’t be legal to rent a place out in this condition, not at all. I had gone all the way through the process of getting an apartment here. I was about to sign the lease with my boyfriend, but the two of us wanted to do a walkthrough of the unit before we made anything official. I’m so thankful that God pushed us to check it out before. Armin, the maintenance person he is awesome and amazing. Every time I need assistance with whatever issue I have in my home, he has and is always there to help. He fixes issues fast and he is very efficient. HE IS A KEEPER. He is about the only person that I trust. I feel comfortable and safe having him in my home. YOU ARE AWESOMELY AMAZING, ARMIN! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
