horrendously inefficient company , doesn’t even reply to emails, phone calls etc.. don’t even know why it’s up I would love to put negative reviews of it was possible
If there was a lower rating, I would use that. This property management is consistent at not responding to solutions, service and repairs. Unresponsive would be an understatement in communication skills as this company becomes avoidant, irresponsible and catatonic to respond on request for service even at emergency requirements.
Ops! I've seen a lot of bad reviews here and we just moved in but so far so good. Theres some minor issues during the moving like utilities,cleanliness and condition of the house but we had it all worked out.I understand I just have to deal with it. I own a unit managed by Bella Management, I don’t know where to start but this company is really unprofessional and lacks effective communication skills. It is really sad at Alison’s behaviour, her staff Judy and Joyce are really unprofessional. I am disappointed in this company and hope they find peace or simply close down to learn proper skills in running a company. So many bad reviews all over not good.
