I own a unit managed by Bella Management, I don’t know where to start but this company is really unprofessional and lacks effective communication skills. It is really sad at Alison’s behaviour, her staff Judy and Joyce are really unprofessional. Terrible experience with them at my last condo
0 STAR if there's an option. This MANAGEMENT is a total trash don't rent or buy a property that's managed under BELLA MANAGEMENT you will surely have a headache dealing with them.
They manage the building my parents live in. They don’t respond to queries. Trying to get their building guy to look at my parents plumbing but four months later and several messages, calls and emails later - he still has not responded. I would call a plumber but the building has been having issues with pipes and I don’t want to pay for a plumber if it is a building issue. Each time I call - I get told to try him again.
also shocked by all the negative reviews, i have never had an issue. they deal with maintenance issues very timely. happy.
