Love this place! I go here with my girlfriends and we spend hours in the pools and hot rooms. The dining area could be improved with a proper menu and more organization around hours of operation and offerings.
I used to enjoy going to Bella Luna and they always had OK customer service and good value for the price. However, I received one of their scrub treatments recently and was beyond disappointed. The technician did not speak ANY english and she was extremely inappropriate. The was rough, throwing my body parts around like a dead meat and used extremely HOT water!!!! I tired to communicate to her that the water is HOT and she is too rough but she only spoke KOREAN back to me and did not even do ANYTHING about it! I felt so trap... read more
