My husband and I scheduled a couples massage for an hour. Our appointment was at 6pm. We got there at 5:45, we were taken into the room at 6:15 (fifteen minutes late with no explanation why). Assuming they were short on staff we figured our massage would go until 7:15). Nope. We were dressed and out the door at 7pm. During our massage the lady left the room to get something? More oil? I don't know. Sticking my head up to see the door was wide open as I laid there.. unprofessional. This was not quality service at all.
Much needed spa day. It was worth the 3 hour drive. It all started with the customer service., friendly smiles, and much more. Everything was top of the line. Loved it. Left with skin smooth with a lovely shine.
I started working at Bella Luna Day Spa about 8 weeks ago as a Hair Stylist. I felt 100% like family almost from day one. They are wonderful with all their clients and the clients are very happy with the services here. I'm thankful I have found a new home
