Always great services and friendly staff
they look like crap. i got french tips and they were very streaky. they also were rushing and therefore did a terrible job. i had a bad experience. i don’t believe it is worth spending that much money to not get what you paid for.
I have been a loyal client of this salon for nearly 5 years, visiting almost every month. Unfortunately, over the past several months, the quality of service and professionalism has drastically declined.The way I have been treated recently shows a clear lack of respect for long-standing clients. On August 30th, the day before my birthday, my toes were severely mishandled. I was not only refused a refund but also had to go through unnecessary back-and-forth just to get a resolution.
