I booked a polish change for my 3 year old who wanted to get her nails done so bad at a salon and was so very excited as it would be her first time. The receiving staff was wonderful but the nail technician was mean and I believe the experience was ruined by this. She’s 3 so she kept pulling her hand up to see what she was doing and the technician was impatient and gave her a nasty stare at one point I had to remind her we were here for the experience not perfection. I unfortunately was cut on my right foot with the callus removal. I was sat down quickly for a pedicure but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I asked for hot stone pedicure ($57!) but when it came down to the callus removal (included in the service) she didn’t even mention I had been cut. She kept looking at my foot and didn’t say anything. Only until I saw the towel had blood on it did she comment on the situation. I asked for a bandaid and that came off. Let me start off by saying that the 3 stars is for the aesthetics of the salon and that I was attended to shortly after walking in. The technician was lackluster, cold, not engaging, short and just not welcoming. Additionally, the service or work product was slightly less than average. I prefer to spend my money (for services and tip) on more quality work and a pleasant demeanor. Won’t be going back.
