This place needs new management. They frequently run behind time and expect you to be understanding. That was often my experience, but I don’t come to the nail salon to be stressed out, so I usually just waited patiently. I once waited an hour. I’ve been their customer for over 3 years, but my recent experience has completely changed how I feel about this place. I had a gel mani and pedi done on Friday, and by Sunday the polish had already started peeling off. I went back on Monday to get two nails fixed, which they did—but that same night, another one peeled off.
