Frustrated... Yes, EXTREMELY pricey. Thought I would pay the extra money to get my hair stripped at a nice salon hoping it would come out well... it didn't. I had orange tinted hair... the price was way more than quoted. When I called to complain, Marissa (the owner) was really mean and unprofessional on the phone to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT BELLA LAGO!!! The owner, Merissa, is AWFUL and totally unprofessional!!! She hasn't a clue about customer service. My service was done incorrectly. So I called and was directed to speak with her. She said she needed me to send her pictures??? She never responded to the email, my messages or phonecalls. Absolutely unacceptable in my book. Best salon & day spa in the area for the price! Wonderful! I felt completely pampered by the staff. I received a manicure from Jen, pedicure from Kira, hair cut from Denise, eyebrow threading from Lynn and complimentary makeup from Brook! Everyone on the staff was friendly and made me feel like I was the pampered princess I wanted to be. I will definitely recommend this salon & spa to my friends and take my mom the next time she visits! Good experience They gave me exactly what I wanted in a haircut. It was a great experience and I would absolutely go back. The stylist was knowledgeable and they were prompt with my appointment time.

Bella Lago Salon & Spa is the best salon in the Lake Norman area I have the lamest, thinnest hair possible, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Bella Lago. My stylist was Denise Allen, and she listened carefully to my lifestyle issues (ie. busy mom, no time to style hair in the morning), then approached my haircut accordingly. Great Massage; Hated the Product Hard Sell Had a massage from Leslie and it was great. Have been getting massage for 20 years all over the country and she can hold her own against the best. A big part of the overall spa experience is the relaxation and atmosphere. The space Bella Lago has for its services are very nice and Leslie was wonderful. Bella Lago is a great spa/salon! I've received services at Bella Lago several times now and have never been disappointed. Facials, manicures, pedicures, massages, hair, waxing...all wonderful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a place to try before driving all of the way into Charlotte for a spa.
Great Place The staff at Bella Lago always take great care of me. I have been going to Bella Lago since they opened and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! If you want a world class salon and spa you should visit them!
