Very disappointing. When you call the office to address the issues, like scheduling the visit is only available in 2-3 months, video visits the same. But the doctor never makes the video visit. The stuff is rude and why even bother schedule so many patients if you can’t take care of the ones you already have? Doesn’t make sense.

Dr Bella Kushnir is the best doctor, very knowledgeable and attentive. Her team is well-coordinated and friendly, always helpful and attentive.
If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would put it. Appointments wait time is 3 hours, if you need medication refill just know you are not getting it.
